ORIGIN FILE // 2023–PRESENT
No polished rewrite. This is how Tuners Collective actually got here.
ORIGINAL SPACE
2023A DIY garage concept built for a high-school economics class at 17 — shared lifts, shared tools, shared knowledge. It won best business in the class, then sat mostly dormant.
OPERATING SYSTEM
Fall 2025 → Dec 2025The idea returned as a Foothill College intro-to-business final. That fall, detailed operating documents followed: membership structure, credits, facility features, finances, legal requirements, customer notifications, cancellations, and account handling — plus a logo and an early Instagram presence.
COMMUNITY
March 2026 → July 2026TC rebooted as a real community: Instagram restarted, logo updated, Discord created, flyers distributed, members recruited, and small meets hosted. Photography and time at other meets built real relationships and a deeper read on the local scene. By July 2026 it moved into an active schedule of hosted meets, collaborations, and steady growth.
CONNECTED NETWORK
Current buildThe digital Tuners Collective network is now being built to connect that real-world community with permanent media archives, maps, events, resources, creator credit, education, and future physical experiences.

Open systemNEXT ON THE BLUEPRINT
What TC is actively expanding, what is planned next, and what remains a longer-term direction.
01 // ACTIVE EXPANSION
Deeper discovery layers, more powerful route planning, richer shareable route experiences, evolving map intelligence, and future J.A.D.E.-assisted planning.
Build Card Studio and creator profiles already exist. The next layer is deeper customization, richer account linking, contribution history, and tighter connections between builds, albums, events, and creators.
Profiles, groups, forums, messaging, Build Cards, and participation tools already exist. Next comes stronger saved activity, tracking, personalization, and member perks across the network.
02 // PLANNED LAYER
Photography, editing, detailing, maintenance, fitment, responsible event organization, entrepreneurship, and beginner-friendly learning.
Verified shops, food stops, venues, creators, organizers, and local automotive businesses connected through useful community systems.
03 // LONG-TERM
Build from existing hosted meets into garage nights, pop-ups, cruises, charity activations, workshops, broader community experiences, and eventually dedicated Tuners Collective spaces.
VALUES SYSTEM
The values are connected to the systems that put them into practice.
Owners, photographers, editors, shops, and organizers should remain attached to the work they help create.
Good locations only survive when the community moves responsibly and leaves places better than it found them.
The goal is not more noise. The goal is better tools for people who actually care about the scene.
Tuners Collective should help beginners, creators, builders, and organizers find their place without gatekeeping.
BLUEPRINT // OPEN LOOP
NEXT SIGNAL // HELP SHAPE IT
Blueprint is the public record. The Paddock is where ideas can turn into something the Collective actually reviews, tests, and builds.
