TC // Shop help

Know what happens before you order.

Sizing, production, delivery and support should be clear enough that you never have to guess what TC means.

TC // The practical stuff

Shop policies without the maze.

TC // Sizing + fit

Choose from the product, not a guess.

When a garment has TC fit notes, material information, model reference or garment measurements, those details appear directly on its product page. If a product does not show those details yet, use the manufacturer sizing information available at checkout/product configuration rather than assuming a universal TC fit.

TC // Production

Most pieces are made after you order.

TC uses made-to-order production for eligible merchandise so we do not create unnecessary inventory. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Product-specific production notes appear on the product page when available.

TC // Shipping

Rates and destinations are confirmed at checkout.

Shopify calculates the available shipping services, destination eligibility, tax and final delivery estimates using the address and items in your cart. Tracking is sent to the checkout email and is also surfaced on TC order tracking when an order can be matched to your account.

TC // Returns + exchanges

We handle real problems, not fake fine print.

Because made-to-order products are produced specifically for each order, change-of-mind returns or size swaps may not be available for every item. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, keep the packaging and photos and contact TC promptly so the order can be reviewed with the fulfillment partner. Any product-specific return terms shown at checkout control if they are more specific.

TC // Order support

Keep the order number and checkout email handy.

Start with the TC order-status page or the Shopify confirmation email. They contain the most current fulfillment and carrier information. For an order issue, include the order number, checkout email, what went wrong, and photos when the problem is physical.
