Using TC
You may use TC only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not impersonate another person, evade a suspension, probe private data, interfere with the service or use automated access in a way that harms TC or its members.
Automotive safety
Routes, meet locations, road notes, parking notes, shop listings and other community signals can become outdated. Conditions change. You are responsible for obeying traffic laws, posted restrictions, private-property rules and instructions from event staff. TC does not endorse street racing, takeovers, burnouts in public areas, reckless driving, harassment of residents or other dangerous conduct.
Member content
You keep ownership of content you create. By submitting or publishing content to TC, you give Tuners Collective a non-exclusive license to host, display, resize, format and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the TC service and the contribution in which it appears. Only upload material you own or have permission to use.
TC may review, reject, hide, remove, archive or limit content that violates community standards, creates safety/privacy risk, infringes rights or undermines the service.
Events and third parties
Some events, shops, routes, creators, products or services shown on TC are run by third parties. Unless TC explicitly says it is the organizer or seller, those third parties are responsible for their own activities, policies and services.
Commerce
Store checkout may be provided by Shopify or another commerce provider. Product availability, taxes, shipping, returns and fulfillment terms shown at checkout or in store policies apply to purchases. Verified-buyer labels indicate that TC matched a member to an order record containing that product; they are not an endorsement of the review.
No guarantee
TC is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep information accurate and the service secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy, legality, safety or availability of community-supplied information.
Account actions
TC may restrict or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations, security threats, fraud, harassment, dangerous activity or attempts to bypass platform controls. When practical, moderation decisions can be reviewed through the reporting/appeal process described in the Community Guidelines.
Changes
TC may update these terms as the service changes. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice.
