Featured signals
The strongest signals on the Grid.
A curated cross-section based on real editorial featuring, trust, freshness, and useful context — not a fake popularity score.
No reviewed signals in this category yet. The tabs stay available so you can keep browsing.
Driving Routes
Drives worth planning around.
Real road-following routes with ordered stops, distance, timing, and handoff to Google or Apple Maps.
Grid Code
The respect layer.
The Grid only works if the spots survive. These rules are non-negotiable.
THE GRID CODE
A useful map only survives if people don't ruin what it points to.
Grid exists for responsible movement, media, shops, food, events, and roads worth documenting — never reckless-driving gamification.
Leave it better than you found it. Trash goes with you.
No revving, burnouts, racing, or pulls around shared locations.
Locations are shared, not owned. Don't burn a spot for content.
Respect staff, security, neighbors, and access rules.
Flag outdated or unsafe information quickly — bad location data puts people at risk.
Pin accuracy
Says whether the submitted pin is exact, the closest useful pin, or only an estimate. A nearby pin can still be public and navigable.
Public visibility
Separately controls whether TC may show the public point, only a deliberately generalized area, or nothing on the public map.
Contribute
Submit a place to the Grid.
Browsing is open. A free TC account is required to contribute so every signal stays attributable, reviewable, and correctable.
Single signal
Search for a real place, place/adjust the review pin, then separately describe pin accuracy and public visibility.
Driving route
Ordered stops, road-following geometry, refresh-safe autosave, and route-specific safety context.
